Terrina Chrishell
Terrina Chrishell Stase (11) was born on July 21, 1981. Her most well-known role is her character Amanda Dillon in All My Children and Jordan Ridgeway on Days of Our Lives. Stause was raised in Draffenville (Kentucky). She went to Murray State University, from which she earned her B.A. in theater in 2003. The middle title "Chrishell" was a portmanteau title she created in honor of the unique birth circumstances. The mother of her child was born to the child in a Shell station. Chris, a Shell station attendant, was there to assist her during her birth. Strause refutes the rumors about her baby's birth in her memoir. She opened up about her mother's automobile problems and walked into an auto-gas station. She was in pre-labor while waiting at the station and the attendant assisted her in getting to an hospital. Strause was born at a hospital. Her mother wasn't aware of the fact that Strause was pregnant. She split up with her biological father who was half Japanese and half Spanish. Jeff is her stepfather. Chrishell Strause missed a full year in middle school due to the fact that she was confined in a tent. Strause told her story about washing her hair by the river, hiding from her friends, and how she used food stamps. At the age of 10, her parents "struggled with mental and addiction health." Strause then joined the Worldwide Church of God. Her mother never had any steady employment and Strause describes her as free spirit and self-righteous.
